We have been engaged to find a driven, autonomous Sales Executive (Hunter) to own our client’s outbound sales activity, reporting into the CEO. If you thrive on opening new doors, engaging technical buyers, and driving value-based selling in a fast-paced startup environment, please keep reading.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for net new business—prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close.

  • Identify and target mid-market and enterprise tech-forward companies seeking to modernize their cloud or Salesforce-based platforms.

  • Partner closely with the CEO to iterate on messaging, pricing, and positioning.

  • Work alongside solution architects and delivery leads to build tailored proposals.

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and share insights with leadership.

  • Represent the company externally—network, attend events, and build long-term client relationships.

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You Have

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in a cloud consulting, Salesforce solutions, DevOps, or platform development environment.

  • A proven hunter mentality with the ability to self-source pipeline and build relationships from scratch.

  • Strong consultative selling ability and comfort engaging with engineering, IT, or DevOps leaders.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce-based development environments and cloud modernization efforts.

  • Comfort navigating a technical and high-change environment—you thrive with autonomy and limited process.

  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage deals, pipeline, and reporting.

  • Past success landing first-time enterprise accounts or building a book of business from zero
