We are looking for a Director of Software Development to lead the team responsible for building, shipping, and operating our software products. You’ll be the driving force behind their technology strategy, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers. We are looking for someone with a passion for building high-performing teams and a proven track record of delivering innovative software solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic growth and alignment

  • Build transformative software solutions

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

  • Proven ability to attract and retain top engineering talent.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best

    practices—including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

  • Experience designing and implementing systems that provide long term strategic

    business value

  • Post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

 Bonus points (optional)

  • Experience with Enterprise/B2B SaaS applications using C#/.NET and AWS cloud

    technologies.

  • Experience building and scaling software development organizations.

  • Active participation in open-source projects or technical communities.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
