Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and manage the Product Optimization team
Direct qualitative and quantitative research projects to qualify demand signal for products and go-to-market strategies
Interrogate data to understand findings from every angle
Work with other teams at Neon to coordinate delivery of services, share inputs and work product from optimization engagements
