A Professional Engineer with a wide scope of vision, Charles Brooks has a solid technical understanding of hardware, software and the needs of tech companies bringing products to commercialization. He has solved recruiting challenges from senior developers through management roles in software applications, embedded software/firmware, RF Design, analog and digital circuit design.
Charles is a committee member with the Wireless Innovation Network of BC (WINBC) and volunteers for community based non-profit organizations through BC SVP. He has also taught and written on technical subjects, all of which allows Charles to very precisely source ‘star’ candidates for specific technical roles.
