In 2015, we have seen a high level of hiring activity in Software Development. Some companies are indicating a loss of revenue due to the inability to attract and retain the required level of resources; others indicate an inability to compete effectively with the salaries demanded by qualified candidates. Overall, we are seeing an increase in salaries and also in candidates who will draw hard lines in regards to the salaries (and work environments) they expect.
