Thanks for the feedback
Almost eight months ago, we decided to update our company logo and website. Since then, we have had many positive comments about the changes, and would like to pass on our appreciation for the feedback. I’d also like to take this opportunity to keep you up-to-date on the other ways in which we have been improving our services.
From the time we opened our doors in 1980, we have learned that we are only as good as our last interaction with clients. To make sure that we are doing the best possible work, we invest heavily in people and tools to make sure that we are globally competitive. Over the past two years, we have:
- Updated our IT infrastructure
- Installed the best database/contact management system available
- Added a state of the art video teleconferencing system
- Renovated our facilities to ensure discretion and confidentiality
- Refined our processes to better leverage our research capabilities
- Improved speed of delivery using a more inclusive process
Of course, most of this takes place in the background and is not likely of major interest to you, but what you will notice and I believe, appreciate, is a highly refined process that delivers ever increasing positive results through a much more transparent process.
None of these tools would make a difference if they weren’t in the right hands. We have eight senior recruiters with an aggregate of well over a century of experience, who help tech executives build their companies. Our team includes some of the best recruiters in the business, and they are all focused on the technology industries.
We are also excited about our recently revised logo and corporate image, the result of a branding session that started almost a year and a half ago, under the direction of Blast Radius. This is our third new logo in 28 years; seems as if we like to change it every ten years whether necessary or not. In addition, thanks to Blast Radius, Unicycle Creative and Tidal Multimedia, we also have a new web site, www.corporate.bc.ca, that was regarded as state of the art when it became live but, as you know, that description will only last a short time.
Our goal and commitment to you is to bring more tier-one candidates to choose from, in less time, and with the highest level of customer experience possible. We know that to keep your business we must continue to deliver results today and invest in people and tools to ensure that we can deliver better results tomorrow.
